About Syaq
Syaq (سياق) means “context” in Arabic. We are an independent, bilingual publication that explains artificial intelligence news in English and Arabic — not just what happened, but why it matters.
What we do
We follow research papers, product releases, policy changes and industry moves in AI, and we publish explainers that put each story in context: what changed, who it affects, and what remains uncertain.
Every article lists its primary sources so readers can check the original material.
How we use AI
We use AI tools to help gather sources, draft articles, translate between English and Arabic, and produce audio narration. Every article is reviewed, edited and approved by a human editor before it is published. Articles produced with AI assistance carry a note saying so.
Independence and advertising
Syaq is funded by advertising. Advertisers have no influence over our editorial decisions, and advertisements are always clearly labelled.
